The service wasn't good, the manager( I think, as she was literally bossing people around) was telling a person of for helping someone at the till serving which I found odd. The tills weren't working properly which was no fault of theirs but did go on a bit, won't be in a rush to go back.

Telephoned to ask if they had certain goods in stock the lady was so helpful and reserved them for me . Collected then and the lady who had reserved and served me was so pleasant and polite . Pleasure to shop there .

there is a wide variety of clothing but i could do with a defuser because there is a strong smell. (it isn't a bad smell it just can be a bit overwhelming)

I got dragged into here and wasn't very impressed with the quality on display, lots of women's stuff on sale but either massive or tiny sizes, the men's very small part didn't have much at all to choose from and apart from one member of staff who was tidying the racks and also helping to serve I only saw miserable faces here who did'nt look very happy at being at work on a Saturday
