Really disappointed with this shop today 20th May 2025, as I drove from Kenilworth to Peacocks, Cannon Park, Coventry, I was there at 5:16pm and the shop had already closed. Even though on the door it says it closes at 5:30pm. Wasted journey for me.

The service wasn't good, the manager( I think, as she was literally bossing people around) was telling a person of for helping someone at the till serving which I found odd. The tills weren't working properly which was no fault of theirs but did go on a bit, won't be in a rush to go back.

Telephoned to ask if they had certain goods in stock the lady was so helpful and reserved them for me . Collected then and the lady who had reserved and served me was so pleasant and polite . Pleasure to shop there .
