Zero stars! Absolute scumbags. I returned a laptop to the UK. Paid the highest amount for fast delivery. Once it entered Customs Clearance Bureau there it sits locked away for weeks now. They send out a letter with a way to contact them by email but nobody replies and there is no way to contact them and no hope. I just pray it gets sent back and they don't steal it at this point. Criminals. Avoid!!!!

One of the worst post companies that exist. Paid 200? for a package to be sent from the UK to Central Europe and it took 3 Weeks to arrive (Parcelforce said it takes 4 days). And that's not the worst part. Someone stole my Ray-Ban glasses and silver cufflinks that were inside.

Didn?t Acknowledge my re delivery that was confirmed ,sent back to the sender who will now cancel the order and il have to wait over 28days for a refund, apparently they couldn?t leave at a post office either and didn?t even contact me, they apparently don?t phone customers about deliveries, now I am without a work computer after having days off waiting and trying to chase, they make it as hard as possible. Real poor service, if I was a business I definitely wouldn?t use these for deliveries.

Wish I could put a lower starRecons he came to my door to deliver and nobody was home?. How come nobody can pay for Saturday delivery online what company is this and nobody can even track drivers and we had a driver who returns the parcel because his saying he dont want to delivery it and the next day he ended up handing the parcel to a next driver to deliver it what the hell is going on with this company.

Not even worth 1 star. Unable to find address, although we have parcels delivered everyday who somehow don't have a problem finding it! Give the work to someone who actually wants to work.Item ordered in good time for a wedding but now wont be arriving in time. Completely useless as is customer service

What a useless organisation. Paperwork for customs duty arrives Saturday. I pay straight away by 09:30. First option for delivery is Tuesday. So I try the option for depot pickup, first option is for Tuesday. What sort of organisation is so inflexible in today's world? I'll tell you, useless Parcel Force. Complete waste of space.Have you seen the Google review summary: Says it all.

I have experienced many different delivery companies and find parcel force to be the most reliable. All companies have their little issues from time to time but Royal Mail mail and Parcel fForce are by far the most reliable.
