One star is being genorous after what my partner told me happened in the store today. A member of staff bumped into my 4 year old daughter and knocked her to the floor and didnt even apologise and rudely ignored my partner when the female member of staff was confronted. I have the time and date that it happened if a member of management would like to discuss this matter further.

Nice store with lots of useful items at a reasonable price. A self check out till would have been useful considering the long queue.I was quite disappointed by the lady at the till with dark curly hair who comfortably grabbed white chocolate and started eating while serving me at the till. I understand the pressure of the job and the need to eat but the manner in which it was done was very unprofessional.

Went in this morning, Range of items are available, good location. The only thing was 1 till was operating, then the queue built up then they got 2 tills going but still people waiting as it was a slow process. I guess it's a new shop so they will learn from this.
