Going to the shop to buy the Google pixel 10 pro I managed to find the worst sale person I have ever come across he was rude nasty and unpleasant (sorry I did NOT get his name) the reason we use the shop is because my daughter is disabled and we needed help and advise but told in no uncertain terms that they had not did NOT have any and if we wanted to order it company policy that we would have to do all the swoping ourselves we have never had any problem with the service or staff before

I went to o2 at Coventry arena to upgrade and trade in my phone and I had Jasmine help me through it because I?m useless with technology. I had a few issues as I went to pay because my bank closed my card due to suspicious activity on it so Jasmine held my transaction for 24hrs while I went to the bank to resolve it. So it took 2 days but I got my phone sorted and was so happy with the service Jasmine provided. Personally think she gets a pay raise Lol

Outstanding service from the lovely Jasmine.
Took my elderly father there to buy a new phone, & not only did she recommend a phone which was both easier to use & cheaper than the one we were looking at, but she also set up the new phone completely for us, including transferring the data from his old one.
Highly recommend, based on her excellent customer service (a rarity these days) ~ thanks so much Jasmine, you're a star ?

Extremely disappointed with the staff and their lack of customer service. I stood around looking for some help and couple of staff just on their phones completely oblivious to customers waiting to be served.

Had a problem with my iPhone /SIM. Ben spent ages trying to help me out and at least identified what wasn't wrong. He and the staff couldn't have been more helpful.

If I could I would have given o2 a 0 star rating?. I took out an iPhone 15 with unlimited mins texts data and insurance was told that my bills would be £58 a month when I first took the contract out in February but was told tonight by customer service that my bill would be £75 a month, I would strongly advise anyone not to go with o2 they will take advantage of you go to Tesco mobile instead
