I had no plan to go here, but I saw a suit that i liked, tried it on and bought it. The store held a good selection and although I wanted one with a waistcoat, none was on shown display. When we asked if it came with one, Jayden was very helpful - he checked the system and found one on site for me to try on. Although the style wasn't right, he was polite, chatty and informative in offering other options. Not often someone can be bothered, so well done and thank you Jayden/Next.

Tried to offer me discount on a product that was slightly damaged, which turned out that the staff actually over charged me for the product and still wanted me to purchase the product at its ?full price?
The manager was extremely rude and completely cut off my explanation as to why I was returning the product

Next have the whole online order, collection and returns process setup perfectly. It's really quick and easy to collect and return items if needed.

Extremely limited options for men. Often told to order online and collect in-store... which defies the point of going to the store in the first place! Happened more than once, will not be returning.

Clothes are fine although they're lacking quality control. The problem is the queing when you go to the store to pick up your online orders. Also customer service is not the best from my experience and whilst I was waiting to pick up my order. I'd suggest to do something. On the positive side returns are hassle free.

Overall well kept and has a range of men's, women's and home section. Women's clothing is a little limited in styles and variety- mostly formal officewear

I was served by Sharon in this Next Store. She gave me a great service and I am happy and I would come back again some day! I also purchased a wonderful pink card with a butterfly on it! There is a lot to choose from also the 50% sale is happening right now in this store! Time to buy some bargains ???

I came in for a click and collect order. The store is small but very modern and good looking. My only issue was that after putting my order number into the tablet I was waiting for my order for around 15-20 minutes which sort of defeats the point of doing the order online as in that time I could've just bought my order from the store. Hopefully they can streamline the service for the future.
