Overheard a member of your team Emma Bloomer helping a customer locate an item and ask for advice, just wanted to say how helpful and caring she was, it was nice to hear and watch a young person be so considerate. Well done Emma ?

Lovley stuff in the shop however we cut our visit short due to a rather rude shop assistant seemingly following us around the store. We were shopping for duvets and was asked if anything we had was to be put behind the counter even though we hadn?t really decided what we wanted . This was obviously a hidden attempt to say we were trying to steal and she carries on with the rude behaviour when we confronted another person working there. So safe to say we don?t feel welcome or comfortable enough to shop again. Please learn how to treat your paying customers with respect that?s is before you accuse them of stealing first.

Not a positive experience this morning due to lack of staff at checkout. But once staff did appear, all was back to their normal high standards.

No one on shop floor to help regarding shoe sizes. Asked man behind the till who wasn't serving and had been talking to a colleague for the last few minutes who was rude and completely put me off buying anything. I'll stick to online shopping next time.

Nice shop but I wanted to buy a cushion from the window as it was the only one that matched a few others I was about to buy in store. They weren't allowed to sell it to me as the window was 'dressed by a professional with specific items '. It could have easily been replaced with a similar item. Instead they allowed a £100+ purchase leave the store. Not impressed ? There didn't seem to be enough staff for the size of the place either.

Customer service leaves alot to be desired.Had to deal with a rude member of staff who's attitude was awful.He spoke to me like I was doing him a injustice by requesting where the mens shoes are.He was a young man, tall with light hair and acne all over his chin.Wil shop at Next at Central six in future

Great experience in here today. Popped in hoping that an item which is saying out of stock online. may be available. Staff went above and beyond looking for me with no joy. Taken to the till to see if it could be ordered to my home which was possible so I was super happy as I really didn?t want to go back again tomorrow. Lovely lady couldn?t do enough, didn?t think to catch her name but very helpful as was the other lady. Well done Next!!!

Visited the store to collect a parcel today. The lady that found my parcel was incredibly abrupt. She asked for my postcode, which is now different. I explained I'd moved and didn't know my previous postcode to which she told me to Google it. (Because I'm daft and don't know how Google works). She then started to tell me that she can't give me my parcels, I asked if ID would suffice which she allowed. I explained I'd updated my address online. She just responded, you need to call then. Not the worst service, just not what you'd expect when you're polite and a customer.
