a couple of years back the clothes were neat and in the correct places for sizing. but I visited yestered and was not impressed. newlook has changes A LOT over the years. new look is dedicated to those on the slimmer side and not really for curvy people/plus size. occasionally you may find a size that fits you, but once you try it on it doesn't fit. I have brought nice shoes which have fit perfectly so I can't knock them. but clothes wise it's a different story...

Goos range of clothes, but pricing is always confusing. I have had to ask for a price re-check several times, and it has always been lower than charged. Always a long wait to pay.

Friendly staff. Great clearance section downstairs. Always worth a browse if you are in the city centre to grab a bargain or two. Never crowded and the que for paying is rarely long.Store could do with a little updating. The cardboard boxes behind the tills are an eyesore.
