This was a radiator deflector, to direct heat into the room, instead of the cupboard above. It was a little long, but easily trimmed and does the job well. There were isues with late delivery, caused by the delivery company. My Homeware sent out a replacement, and since then they have been extrememly helpful and responsive while the ramifications have been sorted out. I would recommend them.

I bought a Gold coloured radiator for my living room and it was perfect match, the colour of the radiator and my living room colour was on point . Are side that customer service is very good (very friendly) So impressed. Good company ??????????

Am super pleased with my new bathroom radiator/towel rail. Originally found this company on eBay but it was less costly to purchase the item directly. It arrived within a day and is excellent value for money. It's now been fitted, looks great and costs half the price to run compared to my previous one....which was half the size!

Good and bad service purchases 1 radiator perfect service second one turned up late but box was in tact when I unwrapped a few days later found radiator was damaged they refused any return or refund as I didn?t contact them fast enough shocking service £100.00 wasted on bent radiator

This is a fantastic company with great customer service. I bought a radiator for my small shower /wc last year with timer and it is stylish and gives out great heat in a small room. So impressed I went straight back to them for my spare room bathroom this week. Hakan knows his products very well and helped me select the correct radiator this time too. Located website via Google Search bar as wanted a towel rail and needed some advice regarding fittings etc. Decided to take a drive there. Wonderful knowledgeable man whom kindly aided us in the purchase of a qood quality chrome heated towel radiator complete with all the fittings required and explained how to go about fitting them all. A pleasure to deal with. Would definitely buy again from this company again
