Visited Morrisons cafe Holyhead Road Coventry on 1September and food was awful. Ordered mini fish and chips and it was lukewarm and tasteless. Granddaughter had fish fingers mash beans?. Hardly any butter in mash and beans inedible?.Partner ordered breakfast and it was dry and tasteless and overcooked and think it had been sitting on hot plate before bought out. Will never go back to the store for cafe again. Staff slow and tables needed clearing. Flashing overhead lights.

? One of the best superstores for shopping! You can find everything you need for your home, cooking, or even a party. The prices are fair, and there are plenty of self-checkout machines to make shopping quick and easy.
There?s also a nice coffee shop inside if you want a break, plus clean bathrooms and even an Amazon locker nearby for convenient pickups. ??
?You can also order online through Uber or Deliveroo.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service in your store. The customer service is very poor, and during my recent visit almost all the checkouts were closed. This caused long waiting times and a lot of inconvenience

Left my
Car to be washed while I did my shopping. Came back and keys were in a box with others and I was asked to pick mine out - not very security minded. When I went to my car the front number plate had been knocked off by the jet cleaner and put inside the car. When I talked to the boss of the cleaning team he was very dismissive. He did reattach the plate but not properly and there was no apology . I will not be returning
