Took my tourneo for its regular £15 outside wash only to meet a new chap who quoted £20.I argued this and he reduced to £15, I said ok don’t forget the roof, to a reply of with the roof £20.I said forget the roof just do the job but won’t go back there again .

was happy with the car wash until i noticed they smashed my blind spot mirror!! i wouldn’t have minded if they had said sorry but they denied it. it’s a cheap mirror so i understand it’s easy to break but it’s the fact they denied it and said it was my fault!! very unhappy and will not be visiting again.
