“I went to o2 at Coventry arena to upgrade and trade in my phone and I had Jasmine help me through it because I’m useless with technology. I had a few issues as I went to pay because my bank closed my card due to suspicious activity on it so Jasmine held my transaction for 24hrs while I went to the bank to resolve it.
