Service was really slow, it took them almost 25 minutes to get my drink and nuggets. When the order was ready they didn't give me a straw - she said there were none left under the table but then another worker gave me one ??? A bunch of staff were stood around doing nothing. Whoever filled my drink is clearly incompetent as it had no ice and was only half filled.
My advice: don't bother coming here unless you want the worlds slowest maccies.

Disgusting, ordered 3 meals for my kids but was missing items , rand Mcdonald offered for me to go and pick up which I couldn't as knee operation and said sorry had a colleague training and missed it , I need to contact uber eats and an hour later still on the phone waiting with 1 hungry child, how sad and your customer service awful

Drive through closed, and toilets stank of blocked drains. Bad start that got worse, so i gave up.
There is no urgency except the person on fries. Can't understand how inside service can be so slow when they have extra free staff, because no drive through in operation. I recommend going to a different store as this is not the McDonald's we all expect. Needs more than a remodel!

The food was great, served hot and very quickly. Unfortunately the groups of teenagers sitting around to stay out of the rain and causing trouble and being generally obnoxious, swearing and shouting made the visit not enjoyable. Would benefit from on site security or more forward staff to ask individuals like this to leave

Let down by a chaotic car park. Often simple meals you have to wait in car park for - if you can get a space.

Awful food and service. Waited ages for food and then it was freezing cold when delivered, no apology from driver who sat in car for 10 minutes before knocking on door. Do not go here!

It's a nice place to go in, as for delivery this is by far the worst McDonalds I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with - every single order (I've done about 5 by now) has had items missing. I'm not talking about small packages of sauces and the like but food items like fries, hashbrows, sweets, etc.
I personally won't be dealing with this McDonalds unless it's literally the only one open - there's better ones in Coventry
