Filthy blocked toilets with broken doors. Floors and walls in a terrible state. Hygiene must be -100. Don't let your kids anywhere near them. Absolutely shocking.

2 out of 4 sandwiches arrived literally COLD and so salty that I could've have a bunch of salt with a bunch od normal food and I'd taste the same!

We just went to drive thru for some meals and also ordered garlic mayo and sour and sweet sauce, but when we got home we seen they didnt gave us the sauces. Lame. We couldnt check in the car because everything was placed in the same bag. Im so mad

Absolute rubbish service. Pulled up at the drive through. Waiting two minutes to be spoken too. Two cars pull up in the next lane one after another and get served. Attitude on the KID servicing was poor. Pulled up to pay and he's just standing there looking at me. After another 2 mins finally got to pay. Took the 5 min journey home and food was as cold as anything and chips felt reheated and stail. Worst McDonald's in cov.

Absolute shambles, ordered food for delivery, the staff it appears can?t even count to 4 to make sure all items were in the bag, and then the food they did send was stone cold, and then you can?t get in touch to get a refund or complete order, as they hide behind Uber or don?t answer phone, happy to steal money from customers without holding up their end of the deal, joke and disgrace!

This place is a shambles was in there for just under a hour breakfast food turns up now after 11 all of it cold asked for manager 2 times it took myself shouting for the manager to turn up this is not the first time service in this one is appalling all the workers look like they don?t want to be there. Got refund

Not the quickest McDonald's experience. On the bright side, the food was hot, and my order was correct. It seemed smaller than when I last visited. Maybe they lost seating space with their last remodel.
Dietary restrictions: My order was correct after I told them no cheese as I'm allergic to milk.
Parking: It's a shared site, so if Gallagher retail park is busy, it's hard to get a space.
Kid-friendliness: Yes, but there are better suited McDonald's locally.
Wheelchair accessibility: Although the restaurant is accessible by wheelchair the disabled parking spaces are not in front of the building, and the drive-through traffic goes between those spaces and the building.
My advice would be to use the drive-through or go somewhere more easily accessible with spaces by the front door.
