Avoid this mcdonald?s! sometimes the food can be ok but for months the drinks were flat and warm, now the chips are barely cooked and extremely salty. when i explained to the woman at the window that they weren't cooked she couldn't understand me then said they don't have any cooked chips? i said i was willing to wait for chips to be cooked but she was rude and said no. They will also scam you when they have no large coffee cups.. you pay for a large and they ? have no cups? so they give you a regular yet you still have to pay for the large!! this is my local mcdonald's but unfortunately will be going somewhere else due to many more reasons.

Slow service..coffee luke warm hash brown greasy. Chucked.it....won't go again deffo bacon bap ok.. cold mctasty and fries...no refund offered..now down £15...absolutely aweful place ..worst in coventry and they don't seem to take notice or want to improve..and I'm u employed...this was a xmas treat

Im convinced this branch hire the people other branches knock back. 3 times ive been there and 3 times they got my order wrong. How do you confuse a big tasty meal with sprite with a fish mac n diet coke ?? 3 times they got it wrong. When i returned it they gave a big tasty which was cold, raw fries and limp boiled bacon ?? Honestly next time you fancy a burger, go to KFC.

i ordered online from just eat late at night (at 1am) and here i am, waiting STILL for my food at 2:33am. if they didn't have the items on the menu they've could've cancelled the order. but now they've taken my money AND made me wait, starving, for over an hour. absolutely terrible service and clearly no care for any customers. don't order from here.

I have been here a number of times and each time the service has been poor and the food order either wrong or not up to the expected standard.
Update: I've been sitting in the drive-through queue for 20 minutes now without it moving. I have already placed my order. No-one from the restaurant is out here explaining what is happening and I can't exit the queue as it has a raised curb to guide you around. Utterly atrocious management. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the delivery drive service I recently experienced. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have encountered such issues?it has happened on three separate occasions, which is quite disappointing for a brand like McDonald?s.
During my most recent order, the delivery was delayed by 30 minutes, even though it was late at night when the demand should not have been overwhelming. Moreover, the staff seemed more focused on talking with each other rather than ensuring that food was prepared and delivered promptly.
As a loyal customer, I expect a higher standard of service from McDonald?s, given its reputation for efficiency and quality. I urge you to address these recurring issues with the team to ensure better customer experiences in the future.
Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I hope to see improvements soon.

My daughter placed an order to be delivered by uber.
Part of the order was missing, but they won't refund as it does not meet their criteria.
Food was cold too.
We haven' bought from them for quite some time due to their huge prices increases, obviously won't be buying again, would be better if they just shut down, not worth anything at all

I normally avoid giving feedbacks but visiting this place last Sunday evening was horrible experience when my fries were served cold af and upon complaining the floor supervisor named Iryna behaved very rudely and asked a crew to change it. She was also shouting and yelling on staff and some of the delivery drivers for no reason I believe. What has happened to McDonalds guys? Hire some customer friendly managers at least. Never coming back here for sure.
