Just had a McDonald's delivery from Holyhead rd it was honestly disgusting. Chips hard and all our food stone cold, you expect to have to heat it a little but didn't look cooked at all. My husband even had sweet and sour sauce instead of red. Even though I have plant based being a vegetarian I've always enjoyed it hence why we decided on it for Christmas eve but big let down. Never again!

Foolishly, I made a mistake by ordering a meal from McDonald's. Unfortunately, I now have a lukewarm meal that is basically tasteless. I would rather eat the cardboard it came in; I doubt anyone could tell the difference. It's just disgusting. What a terrible way to ring in the new year!

I ordered breakfast on uber at 5:41 I then get my food at 7:10 I phoned here and asked for fresh food no answer 10 times I rang uber won't help neither will the maccies it was stone cold and to top it off theh didn't even give all the items to my driver missing 2 drinks

Accepted cash at the counter! Restaurant has changed a lot since my last visit, and now there is a lot less seating, which could be an issue at peak times. Strangely, some of it was given up to create useless, unused open space behind the counter, very strange.
Dietary restrictions: Service person was careful to ensure my order was made correctly with no butter or cheese

I mean, this place got renewed, but the stuff in the kitchen are so stupid. I have ordered several times from this place asking , to remove the iteam from the meal is impossible ,I don't want bacon so don't put bacon but they don't bother to read the note on the order not once several time with me and my family. I gave up ,I won't be going to this location anymore. Worst place ever .

Wrong drink, no sauce, no straws and food was cold. The rats even seem to be finding somewhere else to eat it's that bad.
