Went today to get some clothes for my friends baby. A pretty good selection! The staff on the tills were lovely besides who I presume was the manager or a supervisor. I?ve never seen someone speak so low to their staff it was shocking. Coming storming over shouting at them. There is being a manager and then there is being a decent being!
I said to 2 of the staff members ( that were visibly confused and annoyed why they were spoken to like that) that I?m so sorry that you were spoken to like that and it?s not acceptable. It?s shocking especially down a customer viewpoint! Goodness knows how they get spoken to not on the shop floor!

Absolutely love Matalan! Lovely store, great clothes and homeware and superb value for money. Also my daughter has just started her first ever job working here part time at the weekends. She is really enjoying it and has been looked after and trained so far really well by the great manager Dean - So thank you.

Matalan has some nice ladies wear and sports/gym wear at reasonable prices. Parking close by and if a Me member lots of discounts come through.
Also have children?s, men?s and home.
It?s off the Humber Road on the road into the industrial estate, opposite Nursing Home and close to Asda, so I drop in en route to or from. Staff have always been helpful.
