Very rude to me and my sister when we visited recently, tried to by a suitcase but couldn't find the barcode, Fiona the older lady on the tills spoke to us like we were stupid and offered little help in finding it. When trying to use the discount off suitcases instead of coming over & helping us she just informed us that we had to use a Matalan card to do so which we had already applied to the self checkout but couldn't figure out how to find the discount, after waiting for help we left it and ended up paying full price.There was about 6 staff members who were stood around doing nothing, just talking to each other. Never have a positive experience in this Matalan store, often feel like I am being judged by most staff members.

Great choice of goods, at reasonable prices. Very clean and well spaced. Friendly and helpful staff and well lit changing rooms.

Always nice when I go in the seven stars shop nice staff very helpful and a good range clothes being short I would like to see more shorter clothes

Went on boxing day, managed to bag a few bits. However poor management on taking care of the queues, had to visit 3 tills to be served, frustrating experience.

I prefer this Matalan to the one on Gallagher Park, as this one is much cleaner and staff are more friendly and helpful
