Great place for fuel but decided to go to the food area to order a coffee. There were two staff members who were more interested in talking to each other. I was the only person in the queue and after about 4 minutes decided to leave as their conversation appeared more important than serving me

Cancelled delivery order despite everything I ordered being in stock on their site which can only mean they could not be arsed to keep their online stock up to date and due to me ordering something they didn't have they cancele the entire order. Which makes it impossible to then adjust the order as they still have not updated their online stock so everything I just ordered, that they cancelled, I am free to order again. i.e. I haven't a bloody clue what item is out of stock to prevent them just cancelling the order again, and they changed their landline number so I cant even call them to enquire.Utter incompetence from the lot of them.

Never enough staff - queuing in shop all the time even during the covid peak - no gloves at the pumps - no sanitiser in the dispenser - the franchise owners clearly rely on the brand and location to keep bringing in the footfall and don?t care if the customer experience is good or indifferent ?as long as the £ keeps rolling in and the bottom line shows a bigger + than expected

The M&S brand food means quality and it's sold here.The problem is that the BP staff clearly seem disengaged.Most times that I go, I end up waiting longer to pay for my goods than it would take nipping in to Coventry city centre to watch a movie, drive home to bath the dog and then finish off next year's Christmas gift shop!!!! And I have not even begun this year's yet! ?Come on guys!!! Life's for living so show some love and serve us a little quicker than that Sloth character on Zootopia.

Great place to shop usually aisles are filled with good selection of food and drinks. Like the bread selections.

Just had americano coffee and Steak Slice.The coffee was quite bitter, but palatable.The Steak Slice was awful, not sure what the pastry was supposed to be!The filling was gristle and gravy, no way could you call it Steak!!Won't be buying that again, best go to Gregg's for a Steak Bake, (I think it's called)!!
