Tash, Daisy and Leonie were the most amazing party hosts. They engaged with the children so well and made the evening extremely memorable ?. They are awesome.I couldn't recommend the whole experience highly enough.

Had the loveliest customer experience yesterday here thanks to Naz and Leonie. After a chat and discussing products, I got treated to samples through a hand massage via Leonie with details about the range. Such a fab team who are passionate about their products and super professional too.

The staff were lovely and helpful. I was making a Halloween themed self care box for a young person with SEND needs and the products were a sensory delight for them and helped them keep clean and have joy doing it.

Was randomly passing by yesterday and went inside. Some good stuff in this shop, friendly staff, always helpful explaining certain products I asked about as I am very picky what I put on my hair.I will go in again soon and ask if they sell hamper basket style gifts for birthday presents or special occasions as i didn't spend a lot of time in the shop as I was in a rush .It's a hidden gem of a store stocking shower creme/lotions and soap, etc.

such good service and amazing employees! every time i visit this place i am welcomed which such genuine warmth and hospitality and i find it hard to leave without buying anything!! the employees is what makes a business a business and i can confidently say that every staff member there is an absolute joy to be around, they are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and very kind! i visited today to buy a small gift for my mother and walked out with a gift from them to myself and this isnt even the first time its happened! my absolute favourite shop to visit, the products are good as well :) id like to especially thank grace for making my visit so enjoyable and making my day ?

Children?s lush party for 11 year old girls!WOW!!! The whole experience was first class. The staff were absolutely brilliant, engaging, fun, friendly & innovative.The children made a couple of bath bombs each, played various games including a treasure hunt around the shop. Making clothes out of ?rags? including a catwalk to your own choice of music (initiated by one of the lovely staff) As well as various other games.After 1.5 hours the girls were able to choose some sample products for their goody bags - they loved it!Thank you so much to all staff (Daisy, Louisa, Natasha & Franki)

Leonie provided me with a great insight into Lush.Leonie talked me through the products and recommended the best thing for my husband, and entertained my daughter with a bath Bomb premier in the sink.Thank u for making it a memorable first trip. Today I went to lush in search for a new body spray to add to my collection. Staff member Raj helped to find the scent I liked being ?princess peach? after I told her about my likes and dislikes. With it being my 17th birthday, she was so kind to gift me aswell as offering me free samples (face mask bbc works wonders.) thank you Raj for being so helpful and talking to me so kindly on my birthday and making it very special :)

Fantastic party!! Daisy and Tash could not do enough for the girls. The party was really well organised from start to finish. The games were fun, and the gift bags generous. Thanks for a fabulous morning.

Went into Lush Coventry today (20/06/23) and I think it?s Leonie that served me not 100% sure if I got her name right. She was so lovely and complemented my outfit and was talking to me about Harry styles ? honestly would love to be friends with her she?s great ?
