My daughter and I went into Lush today and had a lovely visit, Monique was so helpful and very patient with us , my day asked how a bubble bath bar worked and Monique did a demonstration with her , she was so gentle with my daughter and really made her day . I can?t thank her enough. Jenna

Thank you so much for all your advice, l had a problem with my hair being too dry and a wonderful product called super milk sorted it out l will continue using Lush products and they smell really nice too.

Really good! Eve was very helpful told us about the eco-friendly returning products programme and was a really friend person to chat to! Despite Lush not having all the valentines collection Eve very kindly helped choose products and let us know dates for future collections.

Went in to lush today to have a quick browse around at the new range they have out for Valentine?s Day we were greeted when we got through the door and asked if we needed any help picked the bath bombs I wanted and took them to the till where we were served by a lady called kinga (not sure if that?s the correct spelling) she was so helpful and offered us samples of products we may want to try and was really helpful when we asked questions she went above and beyond to help and just had overall great customer service. Thank you we will defo be returning ?

Had such a fabulous time celebrating our daughter?s 10th birthday. Lots of fun games with Ash and Louisa and time spent making a product/ getting to learn more about lush products. Would thoroughly recommend. Thank you to the team.

Always receive a lovely welcome. I took my niece in today (she hadn't been before). Two people offered their help. The person who served us (Leonie) was delightful.I love Lush products. I have allergies that make it difficult to get nice products. Lush has a great selection of products that i can use! They can seem a little expensive, but they're great quality.
