I have been coming to Luna Hair and Beauty salon since it opened.Karen, Beckie and their team are all really friendly and talented in what they do.Karen cuts and colours my hair, Poppy will gel my toes and Beckie has been doing my acrylics, tans and waxing for such a long time.Karen is highly skilled in what she does and I have followed her throughout her career for over 20 years.Karen and the team are always friendly and accommodating and trust me I can be a pain!You get a lovely welcome with coffee and biscuits and when you visit in December you get one of Gramdma?s mince pies - delish.Make sure you pay it a visit - you won?t be disappointed!

The hairdressers here are lovely and good at what they do. The manager/owner is a vile woman. I visited today the second time with my two toddler girls as I work full time and can never get a babysitter. The first time we visited one of my daughters accidentally smashed a glass. The manager seemed more bothered that her cheap ikea glass had smashed rather than anything else and looked fuming with my two and 3 year old. I apologised and offered to clean it but was told by one of the girls not to. I got a bad vibe off the owner the first time I visited but I like the young girls who do the hair. The second time today I visited again with my two girls and they were sat on a chair with their iPads whilst I was working from my phone with my colour on. She came over about 4 times telling them off because one of them pulled on the hairdryer holder. She was really vile and rude baring in mind they are 2 years old. She?s not friendly and has a very bad vibe about her. I will not visit this salon again because of her. Which is a shame because the girls are lovely and good at what they do. Clearly this woman hasn?t had kids or has had kids and treated them like they were in the military? Women like this who make hard working parents who don?t get a break feel worse. I left here today fuming.

I had a cut and blow with Ciara today and she did a brilliant job. She actually listened to what I wanted with both the cut and blow dry and I couldn't be happier! Brilliant staff, everyone is friendly and efficient and I would thoroughly recommend making an appointment if you need an excellent stylist. Very Covid safe too. Well done the team at Luna, you're now my salon to go to and I'm looking forward to my next visit!
