The manager is absolutely rude and offensive towards the customers.Although I have an agreement with them,every time I tried to book an appointment at Coventry , it was impossible, he doesn't want to book you in, he always does not have time and especially after 1 am on anyday. Usually he shuts the call if you don't accept coming first thing in the morning without even considering any other times.

HQ, need to change the opening time, from 08.00 to 08.30 unless it is a special place !Needless to mention, the manager is very rude, like he doesn't want to be there!

Driving down southHad four new tyres that I had just collected and wanted to fit before returning 350miles home. (The tyres on trailer weren't matching and i got four matching ones)Lads and possibly "manager" all standing about in the sunshine of the yard drinking tea.Asked them if I could get four tyres swapped. They laughed and said "not here mate" and I asked if they were closing (1.30pm) "No, you've come a long way to get your tyres swapped. Lads are all going out so not here"When asked if they could recommend somewhere, he was clearly annoyed I had disturbed them told me "ATS" scoffed, mumbled and walked off.Not many places I know that can turn away £50 for a half hours labour.????
