Very disappointing visit today. As a personal customer since 1991 and a business customer from 2000, I have never had to wait so long in the queue. After 35 minutes and still not at the front, I had to leave, without being served, because I had another appointment to make.When I left the queue was still out of the door of the branch. There were two members of staff serving, as there had been in the counter during the entirety 9f my visit. My requirement for the visit could not be resolved at the cash machine or by someone taking me out of the queue to sit down at a booth.Lloyds bank PLC have made so many branch cuts over the last 30 years that it has reached a point whereby the customer is being penalised for the shareholder profits. It feels like the customer is now almost an inconvenience, yet it was the customers who bailed this organisation out via their taxes during the 2008 crisis, because banks were 'too big to fail'. Lloyds Bank needs to think again what value they put on their customers. Not good enough!

Useless service. The manager of the bank couldn`t be bothered to put a stamp on a bank statement, wanted 10 pounds per sheet for the bank statement for 6 months, refused to provide receipt when asked.!!! USELESS MANAGER
