My Mother has an account with them, they Locked the account with the funds without no reason, because of this she was unable to acces her funds for day to day which it created a dangerous and bad situation for an older woman, we came into branch and they said they can Block any account if they want to, very unprofessional bank, I do not recommend you this bank at all. Thanks

Lloyds bank in the city center is a disaster. My husband and I wanted to consolidate our debt. There is no consultant on site, the service man listened to us and said that we have to talk to the financial manager. We were happy. Then the man made a phone call from the bank to the consultant. The connection was terrible, it was constantly interrupted. Only my husband could talk because he identifies himself on the phone as one person. We spent 2 hours on the phone in the bank and did not solve anything, constantly switching from one consultant to another. I do not recommend.

They have given wrong bic code. On calling customer care, they make you wait for hours and on visiting the branch they say ohh we get this a kot. Here, try this. Seriously?

Most staff walk around like they are forced to be there, just rude, you wait 40+ minutes to be seen, not even an apology or keeping people updated just a "sit there and wait"

the worst bank . service is not nice and not helpful. to skip the fact that on Saturday everywhere is information that the bank is open until 15 . at 13 o was already closed without any information . ! manager Ms. Leisa Very rude !!!!
Just closed my account online. No more!!!! In any other bank you will get better service !

The attitude and service here is awful ???? I just wanted a stamp for my cash flow, but everyone refused me and told me it was unnecessary. But it was necessary for me. The bank has a stamp but it doesn't work. I don't understand why, do you want to keep the stamp to give birth to your children? Why is it that a service that banks in other cities can offer on their own initiative is not available to you? You will delay my visa application and will you be responsible for this?
