Had blood test taken. Not good with having them done, but the lady was great very understanding, and I sailed through it. Didn't feel a thing. This will be my permanent place as I felt comfortable,as I have to have regular blood tests. Thank you.

Very friendly and caring staff who always make sure all my medications are available. Good communication maintained informing me of prescriptions received from GP.
Pharmacist explains the function of each particular medication as haven?t had a G.P. Review for ages. Very pleased with Tile Hill Pharmacy.

Have just left the pharmacy and wow! Everytime myself and my wife go there we are always left feeling nothing but utter satisfaction. Today a lovely girl called Fay served us and took impeccable customer service to a new high. Nothing was too much trouble. Her happy nature was the perfect tonic before my flu and covid jabs also administered perfectly. I often feel people just want to complain about certain businesses. I feel working in a chemist with demanding customers is not the easiest of jobs but Fay effortlessly carried out her job and my needs to perfection and I cannot thank her enough. I felt like having my jabs again such was the perfect atmosphere created by the staff there. Proffesionism, caring and knowledgeable Fay has it all.

had a prescription set up by my gp, called in advance to make sure it'd be ready when needed but when i got there they said they had nothing for me and i had to call my gp. my gp doesn't take prescriptions over phone so had to wait multiple days for my day off work to go in and the gp told me it was set up as a repeat so they had no reason not to give me my meds. i've subsequently moved pharmacy and gotten my meds again but was off then for a week because of this screw up and my health suffered for it

I count myself extremely to have Lloyd's as my local chemist. The staff are friendly, polite and extremely knowledgeable. The pharmacist is a wonderful gentleman who goes to great lengths, far exceeding expectations in explaining any concerns you have regarding your medication or diagnosis. A heartfelt thank you for raising my awareness and for the benefits all the staff provide within the local community.
