Great pharmacy products but their recruitment leaves a lot to be desired. Applied a job through them. And one application the telephone interviewer got the wrong date. Second application requiring no experience, I got told I was unsuccessful for 'not meeting the role criteria.'

I cannot believe that Lloyds pharmacies decided at the start of a pandemic lockdown, that they will no longer do free prescription deliveries to elderly people who are unable to use the Internet. My 96 year old father is nearly blind and cannot read the keys or screen on a computer, but having been told not to go out, then received a letter saying his prescriptions would not be delivered free unless he signed up. Perhaps you decided he was going to die anyway so why waste your time on him......

No good arrangement ,no communication to patients how long can weaknesses patients wait as longer period of 1 to be answered .

I thought it was just the chemist in Burton Latimer that have bad service and short staff but it looks like the "Lloyds" pharmacy group do not care about service and happy clients. Ban them.

Lyoydspharmacy Perton. When you go in they are standing talking in back and just carry on as though you aren't there. If the staff are stocking shelves they don't stop to serve you. And this morning when I went in to pick up a prescription I was told it was not there. He said last date when one was sent over was the end of June and to go and see Dr. When I got home I realised the end of June was last week so I went back and low and behold he found it. So I had a waisted journey.
