Went for a COVID-19 jab the problem with this place is the parking,not enough of it ,I parked up the road and walked back, otherwise it was good I didn't even feel it the nurse was very good

Stark display of incompetence on many occasions over the past few months; the latest has resulted in me putting an official complaint which I hope will lead to a detailed investigation.The pharmacist has provided incorrect information on time sensitive medication and refused to dispense without a consultation with the doctor, although according to the NHS guidelines this can be sold over the counter.Following a consultation with the doctor who prescribed the medication, the pharmacy refused to dispense again due to 'not being able to access the system' since seemingly the only person who has access to the system was not available.This happened in the late evening, with the team being fully aware that finding another open pharmacy (especially since I had a 2 month baby in tow) is going to be difficult.The effectiveness of the medication drops with each passing hour and in my instance it can have severe long term consequences which the pharmacy has been made aware of by my husband.Sadly, it seems a few of the employees are on a power trip.

Reads out your prescription in earshot of other customers and shows zero discretion, very unprofessional. Can you train your staff in customer confidentially it?s a very elementary procedure.

WHAT ON EARTH HAS GONE WRONG?.I have used this pharmacy for many years without any problems. Since May this year problems collecting prepaid monthly prescriptions have been endless. And today the rudest of staff tried to embarrass me in front of other customers reporting I haven?t ordered or collected on time? I prepay and have confirmation texts, yet I?m treated like I?m begging and then asked to pay £9.95 for one item and £50.00 for another or call 111, where has it all gone so wrong and how do they sleep at night treating regular customers like beggars.

I'm not sure why this chemist charges £5 delivery for my NHS prescription, on benefits and can be expensive especially when have to self isolate for 10 days, not allowed out to pick up my prescription and have no one to pick it up for me and I'm only round the corner from them. The staff are very friendly but charging this in a pandemic seems way too much for those of us on benefits. It'll cause more of a burden for ambulance crew, I can understand if not on low income or if not on benefits though but I need my meds. Other chemist's is free delivery. I'm just amazed.

Always get meds and vitamins from Lloyd's Whitaker lane now..they've never messed up our prescriptions like other pharmacies, the pharmacist is so helpful as is the staff, wonderful smiles when u go in and always a quick chat which makes my week for sure, it's hard when ur disabled and dont get out much, I truly enjoy going here, really caring ppl and the caution taken during this time is 2nd to none, Thankyou to you all
