Had a great experience getting a side skirt tidied up and repainted. Really straightforward to get an estimate over email and booked in, and answered all of my questions about the work. The estimator and the people at the reception were super friendly when I arrived and left, and I felt like I was listened to at every step of the process. The work itself was fab and looks like it would have done out of the factory - would highly recommend and will use if the car needs bodywork doing in the future.Service: Body & Trim

Paintwork repair is good. But not always taking care of the car. For examples, the interior of the cars was scraped/scratches, windows glass was scratched.

I bought what I thought was a clean example of a dealer owned car from Listers Volkswagen in Stratford unfortunately after a year of ownership the rear quarter started to show signs of paint cracking from a previous poor body shop repair.Listers in Coventry had it back to ?repair? it, the pictures I?ve added show the state of there bodge, just 3000 mile later on a car with less than 30k on it. The paint has lifted the entire way around the arch.Both Listers body shop in Coventry and Listers Volkswagen in Stratford have been awful to deal with and I?d advise anyone to avoid at all cost.Services: Painting

Went for a minor repair quote, but way too expensive for such a minor repair. I think they are more focused on insurance repairs rather than private repairs. Friendly staff tho.

My Skoda Octavia estate panoramic sunroof was smashed by debris falling from a lorry. My dealings with Listers Body Centre, Coventry were brilliant from first contact. It is rare to deal with a company with such good customer care and communications, coupled with efficient sourcing of replacement parts despite lockdown, and swift completion of the job to a very high standard.
