Very professional and friendly staff. I am very pleased with my eyelashes done by daughter. The same with mum who helped me with my uneven shaped eyebrows wrongly done by a different beautiful. All in all, I am very pleased and would highly recommend it.

I came in last minute to see if I could get in for a Hollywood wax, Kiran was very accommodating and had space for me it was the best wax I?ve ever had very knowledgeable and quick clean and pain free!Amazing I will be back

The only place I would go for a whole body wax with really amazing customer service, very flexible in terms of booking a appointment, the place is very accommodating and I have always loved the service received. Never had a complaint on the wax service received and it is completely under 1hr. I would definitely recommend this salon as it is the best service I have ever received from any shop.

Unfortunately very bad experience today. Asked for LIGHT brown eyebrows and if it?s possible to do it on mine darker eyebrows. Been told that yeah of course. Did threading and then she put colour and after few mins I?ve been asked if I want it dark and I was like noo I wanted light brown. Then she started to panicked and tried to remove it but then other lady started to do threading again maybe to make it slimmer so it will not be that visible dark. When I looked in the mirror was literally the same colour as I came with just with extra threading. Lady tried to explain that is not black but brown and that I should tell her next time to leave it for 2mins so it will not be dark. This is not my responsibility to say it like a customer if I?ve said in the first place I wanted light brown and if it?s possible. So I paid for colour that I didn?t even have and for double threading when she ruined my eyebrows and made it so slim. Till now my eyebrows hurts and I had a little blood under it too.Service: Eyebrow threading

awfull!!!! nails were so bad asked for long and nice french tips and got small and wonky nails that fell off 2 days later,, do not recommend at all!

I came here to remove my acrylics, but the lady basically tore them off. I should have left after that but I stayed for a manicure and polish. She dug into my cuticles causing three of them to bleed and did not shape my nails properly. They were literally crooked! As well as that the way she painted them looked like a 5 year old had done it. I had to come home and fix them. £22 down the drain! Never coming back here again.Service: Manicure

I didn?t like the way my eye brose were done they didn?t ask what colour I wanted they just quickly put black on they were very quick at the waxing and didn?t take there time in making eye brose neat I will not be going back there again
