Ordered via the drive-through big mistake as the fella (Suganthan was his name) taking the orders could hardly speak English and totally messed my order big time.
The chicken was dry and chips cold.

Just want to leave my experience in KFC Coventry - Walsgrave Road 276/278 CV2 4BL 8408, I usually do not post any reviews but now I want to because I was very surprised about the customer service, I ordered my food on the kiosk and I been a bit of trouble with my order, so the KFC worker Inga helped me with my order, she was very patient with me, very helpful, smiling, friendly, she explained for me everything how to make order, I didn't see before service as I get in this KFC. Definitely, I want to back.
P.S Food was very nice and fresh.

Paid for 8 piece bucket from machine. No receipt. (Legal requirement). Drove home to find food missing. No pop corn Tried calling 3 times just rang out. Very poor customer service. Machine should have roll. Orders should be checked and phone should always be answered. Ill just go hungry as i didnt get the food i paid for !!!.

Awful service, there was none.
Ordered at the computer and paid, then waited at the counter as I was the only customer at the time. Two staff members were seen having a conversation with each other throughout and my food was just dumped on the counter in front of me. No greetings, no small talk, no thanks, nothing. I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience in their day and getting in the way of their chat. After the food was dumped, she turned away and continued chatting. No idea what it was about as it wasn't in English.
Food was ok, standard KFC, but staff are atrocious.

Very ordinary, I have tried food several times, food is cold even if you dine in, you have to make complaints to get good food.poor service can be improved!

Kicked me out for using toilet even though I had ordered food once I gave them my reciept they said I don't care get your food and get out (chips where dry and crusty too)

Just tried to order a bargain bucket with no drumsticks?.. Apparently, that?s not possible at this KFC. Yet Every KFC I?ve been to has absolutely no problem with this request. Can?t be bothered to accommodate, so therefore I left

Rude staff who can hardly speak a word of English and on top of that, the food has shrunk in size and the prices have gone up. You get very little for what you pay for. You will get a mini fillet in a fillet tower burger. Go up the road to Wall st burgers. Much better.
