One of the worst kfc's ever had. The food is cold most of the time. The sitting area above is always dirty. No one is there to manage things.

Wanted to order the new popcorn bucket for £5.99 as I saw it on the poster displayed on the window(valid till August) but when I went to order they said it?s not available, but instead sold me large popcorn for same price which doesn?t make any sense to me

All 2 the workers have 0 emotions like not happy not sad just miserable every time.
The food is very oily I had bad stomachs 3 times now and won?t be eating here again. It?s eatable but not the best. Upstairs is very dirty flies everywhere and sticky tables

There are discounts and activities in theapp but they tell me that they can't be used, they are even rude?there is no service and even no ketchup

Iam so disappointed with one of the staff as I was there for order KFG three of them were talking wasn?t paying attention but the one of the lady was there who really was on customer welcoming nature but other 4 with were like ignoring keep chatting between them in different languages and once I older from self ordering machine , I asked that guy who was one of the guy engaged on chatting about washrooms if I can then he said we don?t have and don?t allow customers which made me very disappointed cause I been to same KFC many time for order and no owns before said like we don?t have washrooms or ignoring way , I am very disappointed with how he talk how he replied me as I was on very respectful manner, so disappointed Oder was taken between 20:30 to 21:00 pm ,

The food at KFC Coventry is served hot and tastes okay, but it?s often a bit too oily.
While the staff are generally fine, the cleanliness of the restaurant really needs attention. Tables are not cleaned regularly, and the bathrooms are in poor condition they smell bad and don?t seem to be maintained properly.
It would be a much better experience with more focus on hygiene and cleanliness.

Don't bother ordering off uber or any other delivery app as KFC are a nightmare they always forget items and can never get through to them to let them know so best to go to another restaurant

Today I go kfc the girl who is working on till is completely unprofessional. My total bill was £5.50 I gave £5 cash and ask 50p by card. When I check my account in evening then is see she deducted £5.50 pound from my account and take £5 cash from me. Now I am calling them and they don?t pick up my call. I want my money refund

Every time I have been to this KFC they gave taken ages with my order and it's such a simple order 6 hit wing meal the previous time I was in there for 40 mins and it's just full of delivery drivers because they are not getting given the food. Staff need to be told.
