One of the worst kfc's ever had. The food is cold most of the time. The sitting area above is always dirty. No one is there to manage things.

Wanted to order the new popcorn bucket for £5.99 as I saw it on the poster displayed on the window(valid till August) but when I went to order they said it’s not available, but instead sold me large popcorn for same price which doesn’t make any sense to me
