Is this the literal slowest KFC in the whole of England!!!!
I sat in the drive-through waiting for someone to place an order for 15 minutes. I'm now sitting at the window writing this review because I've been waiting at the window for 17 minutes this is not fast food by any stretch of the imagination.

Atrocious service, they treat you like a massive inconvenience. Awful communication between staff and attitude towards customers.
Passive aggressive hostility towards customers once recieving food.
It's astounding how rude they are.
If they get the food right it's about a 7 out of 10 however most of the time it's wrong, they never have any of the milk shakes or sweetcorn available.
It's so very weird also that they put so much pressure on you to use the kiosk to the point of hassling you about it, as if serving customers is taboo.
The toilets absolutely reek, the cleanliness could be substantially better 3 out of 10.
We've been multiple times however the last time was the last straw, it was like pulling teeth getting any service.
It should not be such hard work for a customer.

Went to this KFC today and it is absolutely rank. I ordered a zinger burger that was plain had no spice in it at all. The bun was rock hard and the chips were greasy and mushy. KFC has changed so much. The portions have become tiny and the prices have become expensive. This KFC is very poor absolute second rate food. Will not be visiting again.

The service is better than it was, the atmosphere is dismal at best? how ever I was expecting the food to be much better? ordered a boneless 4pc bucket for one? did I get caught in Mandela effect? when did boneless mean with bones! Either that or no in the kitchen can read or don?t know what ?boneless? means! Read your orders and check them before they go out!

Waste waste waste, Very disappointed with my recent order from KFC. The food was not up to the mark and did not have the original KFC taste at all ? it felt bland and stale. I ordered fries but was given mashed potatoes instead, with no explanation or notice. The drink was warm and had no ice, which made it completely unenjoyable. The packaging was also poor, and the items arrived half-smashed and messy. On top of that, there was no follow-up or apology from customer service regarding the incorrect or low-quality items. For a well-known brand like KFC, this kind of service is unacceptable. The entire order felt like a waste of money, and I genuinely regret choosing them this time. I hope the management looks into these issues seriously and improves both food quality and service.

Ordered twice food delivery and second time they didn?t put everything what we had ordered. Trying to call them no answer. Charged extra and we didn?t get what we want. Very disappointing with service

Is it really a fast food restaurant, everyone is talking to each other without caring for customers. Extremely unprofessional environment and staff. I ordered wings and waited for 35 minutes in the drive through. Highly Disappointed ?

I am sick of getting dried up chicken portions whenever I go to this outlet.
It seems the chicken was overcooked hours ago and then kept warm until 5.00 making it dry out even more. I won't be back!
