i'm so happy with my new glasses. everyone was so nice and patient and accommodating - i take ages to decide on frames and they even helped me decide in the end between two contenders. it really makes such a huge difference. :)

I am going to this optician for several years. Never had any problems. As I am the age where varifocals are often needed I called today with the intent to make an appointment to look at frames that would accommodate that. After I had to listen to several excuses by the receptionist why I should not come on I gave up. Trying to leave money with local businesses is not always easy, especially in lock down. Was very disappointed with the attitude.
