Very nice people, always pleasant. One complaint though. You keep changing the time for your break. Very frustrating driving down to find the shop closed for 30 mins. Far better to have a fixed time for a break.. please

Customer service is great, second to none, so helpful and kind. Everything I have asked for has been done without fault, except I can only say one pleated item I had pressed, because my own motor skills don't allow me to do it any more, had quite a few non perfect folds/pleats, which I noticed when I got home, I know this is a difficult job, but there must be a way to do it in these shops, I don't know, which is why I haven't complained/taken it back. It wont stop me using them, as I have always been happy otherwise. I hope this helps.

Just picked up my mums burial suit from Johnson?s. It was a beautiful hand made suede outfit that has hung in her wardrobe for over 20 years so sadly not in a great state. We were sceptical that it would come up as we?d have liked as it is also very detailed..I?m honestly shocked , it?s soft again , the colour is back to its original colour even the smell is restored. honestly everything is perfect My dad and I are absolutely delighted at the outcome . Prices are good service is great & very fast and I will trust them with anything that may need special attention . We highly recommend ?. Absolutely outstanding thank you to Sandra go everything it?s meant a lot to us.Services: Leather & suede cleaning

Dropped in two items to be dry cleaned & i was informed it would only be 24 hours maximum before they were ready. Had a message 5 hours later saying ready for collection.Great service & very friendly & helpfull staff, will be using again.

Today it was my first experience with them at their Coventry branch, I met a nice lady called Sandra, which is really highly professional, know what she is doing, served me in no time, and more importantly, the smile on her face that is really priceless.
