I took my coat to the dry cleaners.They said it would be ready in a week.When I picked up the coat at home, I saw that it was in the same condition as it was.I paid £20 and waited a week. In the end, I paid and they did absolutely nothing with it.This is the first time I've experienced this in England.They probably thought I wouldn't notice the difference.I am very upset by this attitude.

Was not happy with the costumer care today the chap was having his break at 2.20ish had a message to pick up dry cleaning to find door was locked when he came to unlock the door snapped my head off I didn't need this especially when I didn't deserve it I'll take my custom else where in future

IMPRESSED beyond belief. SANDRA is an ABSOLUTE STAR. I handed in 4 pairs of trousers this afternoon and did myself a quick check of the pockets. Minutes later I had a call on my mobile from Sandra telling me she had found an amount of cash in one pair of trousers. I came back to the shop and was handed £40 cash more than the cost of the dry cleaning. This proves Sandra is quite exceptional 100% honest, genuine and a credit to herself her family and employer. Thank you again Sandra, I wish there were more people like you in the world, you have shone bright today which is why you are a genuine star.

I have used these cleaners for a number of years now - a professional service. However, the reason l gave 3* is because l phoned them a couple of days ago to enquire during opening hours but no-one answered.

I've taken my suits here quite a few times and can't say I have any complaints...staff seemed ok, dry cleaning seemed ok. Glad they have extended their opening times recently as it was difficult to get here after work.

The coat I brought in was from a second hand store. Neither the stains nor the smell was removed. There were some hairs on it when I brought it in and the coat had the same ones on it when I picked it up which leads me to believe they actually didnâ??t do anything with the coat and just gave it back.

Paid £18.00 to have a suit dry cleaned and permanent creases put in the trousers. Absolutely awful service. My trousers have 3 creases on each leg, the creases donâ??t even go all the way to the top and they are wider than when I took them. I canâ??t describe on here how bad they are. I feel like they have ruined my suit and will be paying them a visit.

Shrunk my grandma's expensive coat and when confronted said it was already like that. Absolute disgrace. Should be ashamed of themselves. Business needs to close down after all the bad things I've heard about this place including our experiences.

It is absolutely the worst cleaner I ever used. My shirt is absolutely damaged after the wash. They said they followed the care label but clearly they did something wrong. My brand new Lavin shirt was heavily shrunk and broken after the wash. They said they will put the shirt to their own investigation team where they can test the process of cleaning. But how could you possibly tell which temperature and method they used for cleaning with the UV light? It made utterly no sense to me. So i waited for their call or text as they said they will contact me back after few working days (within a week). However, I had to call them asking for the results. They said the same thing again and again. They never said sorry or offered the compensation. Overall, they have terrible customer care and worst washing technique. Hence, I firmly suggest not to use this shop. Hope you guys do not make the same mistake.
