First of all, the staff discriminated against Chinese people. If you?re a local, the servers will bring the drinks to your table, but we had to go downstairs to get our drinks and bring them to our table on the second floor. The entire time, they watched us through the surveillance cameras. I told them I don?t drink alcohol, and they said I didn?t need to show my ID in that case. When we brought the drinks back to our table, I smelled the dark beer out of curiosity because I had never had it before. Then, a server came up and asked us to leave, claiming that I had drunk the beer. However, I?m allergic to alcohol, so I couldn?t have drunk it in the first place. The manager insisted that I drank it, not just smelled it. This is clear discrimination against Chinese people.

Great pub. Staff worked really hard so nobody was waiting for so drink. It was mad friday for Christmas and they did a fantastic job. Some great Christmas Real beers. We had a great time. Well done to all staff. I love this pub

Really quick service from the app and from the bar itself. The food came quickly and was just what we needed. We were able to find a table. Toilets and decor could be improved as per usual in Wetherspoons. This one was a goodie!

What's not to love. In a charming character building as usual with cosy corners and drinks at a price you just can't find anywhere else. I ordered a pint of Guiness and half a cider (really nice cider by the way, Thatchers, I think) and the bill was £4.59. It was only when I looked later that I realised my cider cost just £1.

I?m very disappointed how I was treated by staff I have special needs and autism I tried to explain a concern and went to tell the staff but they didn?t help me and I was just speaking up for myself said I wasn?t happy and they then said I was rude so I?m rude for speaking up and then they said I can?t come back don?t feel right to me at all I thought the customer always right there also a lot of angry people upset about this the manager who ever made this decision as got it wrong to do this I?m very polite and well known lad and always have respect i never had any issues before so why now I jush very confused ? by this I really am I think this is discrimination agaisnt disabilities I never had any issue with anyone they need to listen to customers and stop banning people for no reason I didn?t hurt anyone and have no reason to not come back I was just speaking up concerns I think they totally got it wrong and so so loads of other people really ? be careful when u go here u get barred for nothing I really thought this pub was great till this happend

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and a good selection of drinks. Would definitely recommend!
