Incredibly rude owner, when the place opened up they were nice and 1-2years into existing quality went downhill and it?s nothing like before , wouldnt recommend it anymore especially for the price they charge..

Firstly, the staff was super arrogant, I felt that I wasn?t welcome to the store at all. Then, the bubble tea was just bad, the quality wasn?t there at all. After all, I felt a pressure to leave the place, as the staff seemed to be annoyed as I was studying at the place, which is usually what I do at cafes. Moreover, the prices were so high, and the quality, as I said before, it?s just not there. I was consuming items from the store, just to note, I didn?t eat anything from outside the store.

The bubble tea was disgusting; the bubbles didn't even pop, and the flavor was just not there. The staff was super unfriendly, especially a mid-20s young lady who was very unpleasant during the whole time we were there. Save your money. Believe me, there's much better tea out there.

I really like this place. Staff is friendly. Really nice local - modern and cozy.Good choice of drinks especially bubble teas of course - the best ones you can get in Coventry.I highly recommend fruity teas with bubbles and addition of fresh fruits - it?s just lovely but my favourite bubble tea is brown sugar oat milk tea can be hot or cold.

To expensive, they fill up the cups 80% with ice and only little bit of juice and the bubbles are not

Superb I-tea cafe it?s amazing and great value for money. It?s has a great selection of teas and coffees on a menu available at all hours.Kid-friendliness: It?s safe for ladies with prams and allows kids to be using the services.

Spend nearly 13 quid on two drinks. Expensive but pretty good. Not sure they?ll ever be worth that though. Can I have a bag? That?ll be 20p extra. Jokers. Even a mark up on the 10p the government force on them.

Probably my favourite bubble tea shop in Coventry! Been here many many times. Would recommend most of the fruit teas (with jelly!). Great choice of pastries and macaroons. The staff is exceptional, the place itself has a very nice atmosphere.They have a good stamp card system for free drinks if you are a frequent client!I wish i-Tea all the best and expand further than just Birmingham and Coventry!

This is a wonderful shop where customer care is taken to the smallest details. From the thoughtfully designed cups and non-fogging straws, atmospheric interior, etc.. Everything is of high quality, allowing you to enjoy a slightly luxurious tea time.

Never liked coffee but after I had a coffee slushy damn! It hit the spot man, the place is very chill aswell can sit in there for hours doing some work or studying. Still the same except they have upgraded their interior and loyalty cards...

What a lovely place with delicious teasStaff was great and the bubble tea is excellent It also has such a nice decoration so much better than other bubble tea places and the bubble is so soft i try others but definitely not good as here I definitely recommend the cold classic milk tea as i head that and my wife passion fruit tea with strawberry bubble tea specifically the staff very nice :-) welcoming in fact i love this place i have enjoy here while have tea nice music not so loud not low perfect thank you so much we will back definitely next time whenever i visit again coventry
