Excellent service from Arti, she did a 3/4 leg, upper lip and underarm wax and eyebrow threading. She did a good job and I was not rushed. She was friendly which makes a difference in this business.

Booked online for 5:15pm and they decided to change my appointment for 5:30pm even though they close at 5:30pm. It was my first time getting my legs waxed and it was very traumatising, the woman was in a rush to finish as soon as possible, making it even more painful and she didn?t do a proper job I had patches of hair on my legs. Overall I?m not happy and I wouldn?t recommend, they shouldn?t be taking bookings past 5pm personally otherwise they will rush you.

I did an appointment online but when I came it was not booked. I did manicure + gel nails, the gel is average ok but for the manicure I think they could remove and clean the cuticle better.

Booked online for 5.10pm for a 20mins treatment. When we arrived at 5.08pm they told us they were closing. So we were rushed in for a 5 mins rushed waxing job for my daughter which was her first time. She got very stressed out and we felt we were nearly thrown out as they wanted to close. Not a good experience for my daughter. If they close at 5pm they should not take any booking after 5pm. Otherwise take the responsibility of their mistake and give a proper customer service as not our fault. We won't go back there.
