Took products to the counter and paid for Protein powder, drinks shaker and tub of peanut butter. After declining to sign up to their club card i noticed id picked up the smooth peanut butter instead of the crunchy version. I asked if i could straight swap them as it was a simple oversight. I have to say Holland & Barrett isn’t what it used to be sadly ?. I do agree with other people prices have gone up a ridiculous amount. It seems like you’re paying more for less. I do purchase some things from the store & it is a great store. They have some nice friendly helpful staff other than that I would look either... read full comment
