29th February I visited Hobbycraft at Central 6, Coventry and had to go upstairs. Finding the lift for the first time was ok.Unfortunately I am registered disabled and with stick in one hand, bag in the other I found the instructions were unclear. It was difficult to keep my hand on the button and gauge the correct time for the floor level. At one point I thought the lift had broken causing me to panic.Perhaps the lift requires updating or better understandable instructions to users, particularly disabled customers using this facility.Please note this is not a negative feedback aimed at the company.

The shop was amazing and the service great, they helped me find what I needed. The only issue is that I had to come back several times for them to stock my item, but that's probably just a me issue.Great customer support and service.
