The man on the till today at around 11:45am was so rude and unfriendly/uninterested. A very moody and uncomfortable interaction all round really. He asked for an email for a receipt and i started telling him the email and he just swivelled the till round without saying anything implying for me to do it myself (which is completely fine, he just was really unfriendly about it). Shouldn?t be working in retail if you cant be friendly to customers ? He made it so awkward.

Really enjoy visiting hmv Coventry as the staff are always welcoming and willing to help. Would have to give Ross a big shout out for always being so helpful and helping me to find what I'm looking for and have to say a massive thank you to Rory for remembering what me and my husband had bought on our last visit and recommending other items or items we maybe interested in. The store is nice and clean,easy to find what your looking for. Great collection of everything and look forward to my next visit

The customer service at this branch is excellent. I went in to this store because I saw an Oasis Kenbworth T- shirt on a mannequin on the display window. I couldn't find it in the shop so I approached someone at the cashier for help. Lewis showed me where to find it and later dealt with my payment. He was friendly and very efficient. He's a great asset to HMV!

Upstairs the male staff were looking at me when there was a KPOP song on. I don't know why and I think it's stupid.
Does HMV realise not all East Asians are into KPOP.
I was just looking around on the Blu Ray sections peacefully and I heard a massive bang claps and some guy was staring at me if I knew this Kpop song.
