Something has changed about H&M, I'm not sure if it's recycled clothes or what, but the clothes are just ugly now. Look cheap and messy and there is no shape, idea, colours are weird... Sport section, kids clothes are OK, but women clothes are just really weird.

The man on the till at around 11:30am today was so friendly and helpful with my gift card situation. I didn?t end up being able to use the gift card but he was so friendly about it and I thought he was super kind - great member of staff - will continue to shop here.

Dear H&M,
If you truly take customer feedback seriously, I would like to share mine regarding an unfortunate experience I had today with one of your staff members.
To be specific, the incident involved an African lady with short hair wearing a headband. I made a purchase using the self-checkout but forgot to remove the electronic tag. As I exited the store, the alarm went off, which made me realize the mistake. While I was on my way back to have the tag removed, the staff member in question accused me of theft. She was extremely rude and refused to listen to what I was saying. Even after I showed her the receipt, she continued to speak to me in a disrespectful manner.
This is a store I regularly shop from (H& M coventry lower precinct), but this experience has made me reconsider ever returning.

We were charged the wrong price on a product?listed in euros (?) instead of pounds (£)?but staff insisted it was correct. One staff member in particular was extremely rude when we pointed out the error. She claimed to initiate a refund, but instead, the same amount was charged again. When we returned the next day to resolve it, we were told there was ?no mistake? and met again with dismissive, unprofessional behaviour. We paid for everything?we?re simply asking for what is rightfully ours. Extremely poor customer service. We still haven?t received the extra amount they have charged.

An interesting store with a wide range of clothing, and some good sales items. I Can be hard to find a staff member to help. Although once found they are friendly and helpful

visited to get some tops, admittedly accidentally 15 mins before closing, but the service was absolutely shocking, all of the staff looked like they wanted to die and the cashier literally shoved my clothes into the bag, snagging a slinky material top and damaging the fabric. I was made to feel like such an inconvenience quickly grabbing a replacement that I just decided to leave with the damaged top. I bought 3 and it came to £40 so I was expecting a slightly nicer experience than the one I had!

Shops a disorganised mess. Not enough tills open on a Saturday- pay day weekend. Music is annoying
