Don?t get ur bike serviced hereTook my bike there to get headset replaced, but they broke my gears so it skips half of them and the chain hits the frame, and made my brake worse than before, they don?t know how to bleed brakes properly, take ur bike to albany cycles in cov made my brake feel better than new.

Staff no where to be seen, was in store nearly 15 minutes looking for what I needed, no staff around to help me at all. I found what I was looking for after going through the.drawer under the shelving. Went to the tills waited nearly 5 minutes before a member of staff appeared and then thanked me for not stealing the laptop that was on the till counter. I might aswell of served myself in that place

I'm delighted to share my positive experience with Halfords. I placed an order online, but unfortunately, it was canceled. During the initial order, I applied my motoring club reward and voucher code. Due to the cancellation, these rewards were invalidated. However, the colleagues at Halfords - Orchard Retail Park went above and beyond to resolve the issue. They sorted out the order, and the very next day, I received the rear camera kit at the same discounted price. I appreciate their excellent service. Thank you!

Went to collect a bike here, hour drive there and back. Bike wasn?t even built or ready, two younger members of staff just shrugged.. girl told me I?d get a call the next day and they will build it then - no phone call.Called customer services who had to call the store and tell them to build the bike so I can collect it.. collected bike and bought it home.Bike had different parts on from other bikes and was missing the stickers on the body (which is a big thing as it?s a kids bike and was a themed bike) bike was built without care also. Was covered in oil and had chips on it and one sticker that was on was creased and crinkled. Random parts that were added were from another bike.Called customer services as I wanted to take it back and collect a bike again, as I paid - hopefully ready built as I didn?t want to have to take it back and then go back again to get another.. was promised a call back from the store over two days and no call back.. customer services couldn?t even get through to the store all day.Decided to just bear it and took it back to store, third time I?ve been so 3 two hour journeys and got a refund. Was told it came to store broken so they just added the parts they did from another and admitted it was built without care.Didn?t want to have to deal with them again so have gone elsewhere and took my refund. Asked customer services to log a complaint and haven?t successfully managed to do so as of yet, just get bot like responses.

Went twice to collect a bike and both times it wasn?t built. The staff were absolutely clueless. Not one apology the whole time. Don?t waste your money and shop elsewhere
