Lovely hotel, massive, friendly staff, close to all things, 14mins to city centre by car, 20mins from Birmingham Airport, good Full English breakfast, but avoid booking rooms from 140 above long walk to list and breakfast room

It's a great community space thar is so under used. I think with more effort I could be the vibrant popular place it once was if they ever finish painting the place and updating the entrance. The people are very friendly and never a dull moment when there staff is great depending.....If more public activities are filtered in it definitely would be the place to be esp2on weekends...
