Visited the store in Coventry a few weeks ago to purchase a birthday gift for a friend. Staff were great in helping me choose a lovely gift within my budget, good range and really attentive staff. Will definitely be back and would recommend this store to others!

Emma is a credit to your store. She helped me today with ensuring I knew the proper process for cleaning jewellery and advised I not sleep in my ball stud earrings anymore as this will help with the tarnishing. 100% recommend this girl.

My partner got me a watch last Saturday. Ok shop. Staff not very attentive tho. There was 3 ladies around 1 customer at the beginning and we had to wait for a bit to get any attention.

The item I purchased was never in stock but I was charged and was asked to wait for the collection, I was expecting the parcel but last moment they said it?s not available in stock, why the item is on your website if it?s not in stock., very disappointed with customer experience

I ordered earrings from this shop (through delivery), and they are beautiful! Only £40 and they are beautiful. They came within not even a week and were so easy to get on. They have a beautiful colour and glow to them, and we're a lot more pigmented than I expected, definitely ordering from here for my earrings more often!

I am rating them one star because we end up not buying anything. My fiance and I were waiting to buy our wedding ring. The shop?s queue is all over the place. We waited there for more than 30 minutes and when some customer is more aggressive than us, they are the ones being handled first. I guess not to go there during busy hours but they seriously need to know the first come first serve basis. Also, the staff needed to be more polite in telling us that she is going to handle another customer who got there first. As you can see in that shop, you will have no idea at all!
