Went there yesterday and got served by Mark. As I walked in mark was cleaning the surfaces and had visibly dirty hands and then proceeded to put our pizzas in with his bare hands and place it on the tray to put in some fresh pizzas without washing his hands infront of my hands. DISGUSTING. There was no respect and he had rubbish customer service. However the supervisor I had spoke to was very understanding and was going to pass on the message.

absolutely ridiculous service, queue out of the door but only one serving, the one serving (mark i believe his name was) looked like he couldnt give less of a shit about his job and the supervisor on had a face like smacked arse and just watched as the queue built up. absolutely ridiculous service

Me and my friends visit this place very often. Wherever we are around city center. This time our experience was very bad. 2 people serving us were very rude. Especially the one with the braids serving us. We were checking if there was pizza and she told us rudely to stand in line while there was just 1 person standing before us. Poor service

A year ago I used to come here every single day because I liked the staff and everything was very hot or warm. Nowadays food is always cold and some of the staff members don?t know what they are doing. Very disappointing.

I'm no 'morning person' but Mark served me today with a big smile on his face and perfect customer service.Ordered some food and had to wait for the next batch of sausage rolls and his communication was great, thankyou Mark!Oh and the food was great as usual, can't go wrong with a greggs ?
