walked into Greggs a bit of long queue, once I finally got to the till they had pizzas however it was cold so they had to get me a fresh one out the oven. i had to wait for a fresh pizza that took atleast 15 minutes to be ready. I was not willing to wait 15 minutes as I was in a rush. so I had to look at the other available options they had but they didn't look appealing so i walked to a different food place. not happy
Vegetarian options: not a wide selection for vegetarians and not clearly labeled (coming from a vegetarian person)

The only store has zero understanding to good customer service.
Please find out what means go extra mile for your customer, and litlle gratitude you still have them.

this location staff specifically are unfriendly and disrespectful. the story was on 20/06/2024, 1pm and 2:30Pm.They were only accepting cash and I asked why? then they laughed at me widely, for reason I didn't know until now. I left the area quietly, without a word. but I felt their disrespect. after little walk, I buy coffee from another, and come back to see the manager. one of the staff asked why, told her better to speak to manager just as feedback. the manager came, and I informed her their customer disrespect. She again to try to justify saying "well they laugh while working ...while acknowledging customer respect.."

Sausage beans and cheese ?MELT? why is it cold? Cheese isnt supposed to be melted like it says in the name? Told the worker and she said she can put it in the oven but it would take 20mins? a bakery that sells cold food

Had to wait 10 minutes 4 sausage roll to come back 10minutes later to be told got to wait 15minutes i said id been told ten minutes 10 minutes or more ago.....she then was told by other staff things were cooked and waiting

Decent Greggs very close to Belgrade theatre. I walked there from the Belgrade and was back within 10mins loaded with sandwiches, sausage rolls and donuts for the show - saving a fortune compared to theatre prices. Was clean& got served fairly quick despite large

One of the best greggs I have been to. It?s very clean, neat and the staff are very professional. A bonus on this shop is, its opposite electronex, so u can enjoy a nice breakfast, whilst ur phone is being repaired or having a new screen protector fitted on. Highly recommended.
