Can?t believe no sausage available on a Tuesday at 11am and also got charged £1.90 for a box of Belgian buns labelled up at £1.30 take away/£1.55 eat in.
Did however get a refund but not much of an apology. Won?t be coming here again!

Greggs at Arena Park is fantastic! Friendly staff, delicious food, and great prices. Their sausage rolls and sandwiches are top-notch. The store is clean, organized, and offers great vegan options. Highly recommend!

I am from the land down under and this was my first visit to this lush establishment. I tried the vegan sausage roll (not a vegan btw love meat) and it was so delicious and the value, hands down the best. Also tried the pain au chocolat and that was so fresh and flaky. Would recommend to a friend

I work close to the place, and I only have 30 minutes for lunch. When I don't bring my own meal, I go to Greeks. The service was always quick and very accurate. I just don't like ordering a bacon cheese wrap because it's always cold and hard. I can quickly make my light, healthy meal and get back to work.

Absolutely disgusting customer service, they are currently only processing cash transactions and there are some signs places around the store emphasising this. I'm tired and hungry and didn't have cash on me , only my card. Easy mistake to miss the signs in the morning. One of the staff members humiliated me when I was about to purchase one of the baked goods saying out loud and complaining to a Tesco cashier, " IT'S NOT MY FAULT PEOPLE DON'T READ THE SIGNS !". I walked out just making it clear that I'm tired. They literally have one job, it's not that hard to give good customer service
