Go in for a Large hot chocolate and get served this cup half empty! Becoming quite a joke! When the cashier sees friends or family no matter if your next she goes and starts serving them no matter if there at the back and the shop is full! Service needs to change

A side of bogie with your sausage roll. Absolutely disgusting. Ordered a sausage and bacon batch the woman that served me stuffed her fingers right up her nostril the second she walked away from the counter. Vile. I had to ask for someone else to serve me because that is disgusting. I will never go there again. Whatever your name is, you shouldn't work in hospitality. Avoid at all costs!
