Website states Game opens at 9:00am.After waiting around for 30 minutes until 9:30am to be told by a staff member it is 9:30am they open....Update Website to stop wasting peoples titime.

Visited today, first visit to lower precinct in a long time. Visited the shops and spent money in various outlets at the lower precinct shopping centre. Returned to my car to find a £100 parking fine!! Admittedly I did not park straight but I was within the white lines. I fail to see any justification for £100 charge ????

Without doubt the worst carpark and customer service I have ever had the misfortune of using. Poor signage to advise that your car is impounded after 7pm. We visited the CITY for a show and ended up stranded at 11pm in the freezing cold over an hour away from home. Contacted the customer service number the next day and was told that new signs had been put up in the last year, but there?s still other poor reviews within the last 6months proving it?s not been dealt with properly. Very ignorant lady on the phone obviously likes her little bit of power.
