Customer services online advised us to return a faulty pair of sliders to this store. The snotty female manager in store refused to exchange them because they had ?been worn?. She had no understanding of the law and could not give a logical reason not to exchange. We then spoke to customer services again who refunded the faulty items straight away.More training is needed for the ?store manager? so she has a basic understanding of the consumer goods act.Unfortunately this has left a bad experience with Foot Asylum and we will certainly not be visiting this store again.

Very unprofessional staff, there?s a kind of scam going on in this store items with reduced price tags when you take it to the till they will charge you a higher price saying it?s different one from the ones which is on sale

Appalling customer service, was trying on some stuff in the fitting rooms and was told to put the items back out after, too many lazy people working there. Will not be shopping there again!

Can not praise staff enough! Had ordered some trainers online as a Christmas gift to only receive to left trainer! After no contact back from footasylum on there live chat and also the what?s app live chat I decided to take my incomplete order to the Coventry store. Staff were very friendly and helpful and a special thanks to a lad called Brad who was able to find me an alternative product in the same size and exchange it for the single left shoe.

Having ordered online to pick up in store. Never had confirmation . Then said lost in warehouse. Had to reorder. Then were in store all the time. So not very happy as was a present.
